摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic composition of dielectric substance sinterable at a low temperature even not containing an environmental pollution substance such as PbO, Bi2O3, etc., and to provide a method for producing the ceramic composition of dielectric substance for microwave having an extremely low variegation of dielectric characteristics. SOLUTION: This ceramic composition of dielectric substance comprises a main component of the formula xBaO.yNd2O3.zTiO2 (having relations of 6<=x<=23, 13<=y<=30, 64<=z<=68 and x+y+z=100), 0.1-3.0 wt.% calculated as CuO of Cu oxide, 2.0-10 wt.% of a glass composition and 0.3-1.5 wt.% of Ag as subsidiary components. The glass composition has a composition of 5 wt.%<=SiO2<=15 wt.%, 15 wt.%<=B2O3<=25 wt.%, 50 wt.%<=(MgO+BaO+SrO+ ZnO+CaO)<=80 wt.% and 90 wt.%<=(SiO2+B2O3+MgO+BaO+SrO+ZnO+ CaO)<=100 wt.%.
