PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily install an ornamental curtain onto a curtain box, and strongly fix the curtain. SOLUTION: A fixing plate 3 for installing an ornamental curtain C1 on a forward end of a strip of a supporting plate which can be horizontally disposed is bent in a suspended form, a male engagement element 8 of a hook and loop fastener is disposed on a front surface of the fixing plate 3, a curtain rail 5 for slidably suspending a curtain C2 on a lower surface at a back end is continuously and integrally molded with a supporting plate and the fixing plate 3 using thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin, and the male engagement element 8 is also integrally molded with the fixing plate in this ornamental curtain box, where a female engagement element 9 of the hook and loop fastener is installed on the curtain C1 to be engaged with the male engagement element 8 of the fixing plate 3 to fix the curtain C1.
