PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a trailing arm and to simplify assembly work by reducing assembling manhour by integrally providing a holding part of an ABS sensor harness on a clamp to fix a band for holding of a parking cable on the trailing arm. SOLUTION: A suspension part 20 for straddling over a trailing arm 4 and a harness holding part 24 to hold an ABS sensor harness 22 on its head end part are integrally provided on a clamp 16 to fix a belt-type band 14 for holding to hold a parking cable 12 on the trailing arm 4 on a structure, to arrange the parking cable 12 of a parking brake device and the ABS sensor harness 22 for an antiskid brake system on the trailing arm 4. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the number of clamping points by one point, and the suspension part 20 functions as a protector to prevent contact of the band 14 for holding and the trailing arm 4.
