PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing unit for image forming device in which toner can be stirred without causing any mechanical damage. SOLUTION: The developing unit 10 is provide with a toner container 11 for storing the toner, a supply roller 12 for supplying the toner stored in the toner container 11 to a developing roller 13, the developing roller 13 for supplying the toner to a photoreceptor drum 20, a stirrer 1 for stirring the toner in the toner container 11, and a toner sensor 15 for detecting the remaining toner quantity in the toner container 11. The stirrer 1 is composed of a cylindrical rotating body 2 rotatably supported in the toner container 11 and plural fins 3 provided on the outer peripheral part of the rotating body 2 for scooping up the toner. |
