PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-row seedling-transplanting machine having such a structure that a plurality of seedling-supplying units and a seedling-planting unit are firmly supported without using any extraneous reinforcing member, even though the seedling-transplanting machine has the seedling-supplying units for a plurality of rows and the seedling-planting unit. SOLUTION: In this multi-row seedling-transplanting machine 1, driving force from an engine 9 is transmitted to a traveling part 2a, a seedling-planting part 1b is positioned on the rear of the traveling part 1a, and the driving force from the engine 9 is transmitted to the seedling-planting part 1b through planting-transmission parts 30-32. Further, a handle 6 for steering the traveling part 1a in the traveling direction is joined with the traveling part 1a, front areas of the planting-transmission parts 30-32 are supported by the front part of a main frame 14 for supporting the seedling-planting part 1b, and rear areas of the planting-transmission parts 30-32 are connected with a middle part of the main frame 14, so that the planting-transmission parts 30-32 and the main frame 14 form a frame structure.
