摘要 A method of producing a laminated edible candy product, where in the candy product comprises: A plurality of strips layered upon each other, wherein each strip comprises at least one first fluid material comprising a fat- based confectionery material or a sugar-based confectionery material interleaved between at least two layers of a second, different fluid material comprising a fat-based confectionery material or a sugar-based confectionery material which completely surrounds the first fluid material, wherein the second fluid material solidifies at about 30 °C and neither the first fluid material nor the second fluid material is a hard candy mass.
