<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisting bind preventing ground fault and fault of apparatus by preventing cutting into a wire and generation of damage, capable of shortening its length. <P>SOLUTION: The twisting bind 10, twisted on a wire 5 fixing the wire 5 to an insulator 1, is composed of a circular arc-shaped circular arc part 11 engaging with the insulator 1, and a flat belt-shaped spiral part 12 extending from both end parts of the circular arc part 11 twisted on the wire 5.
