<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement prediction display arrangement and a radar system capable of making observers easily grasp results of movement predictions of even targets of various shapes. <P>SOLUTION: An image data creation part 16 creates image data on the basis of positioning data acquired at a positioning radar part 12 and inputs it to a positioning image data storage part 18. An extraction part 20 extract data on a plane to be observed, or an extraction plane, from the positioning image data storage part 18 and inputs it to an image composition part 24 and a display determination part 26. The display determination part 26 determines whether it is possible to display results of movement predictions of targets or not on the basis of the manner of movement of images of the targets. On the other hand, a Doppler radar part 14 computes the moving speed of the targets in the extraction plane and inputs it to the image composition part 24.
