<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring a chromatogram by using an SPR analysis method. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for measuring a change of surface plasmon resonance by exchanging liquid in a passage system by using a surface plasmon resonance measuring device equipped with a metal film, a light source for generating a light beam, an optical system for allowing the light beam to enter to acquire a total reflection condition at the interface with the metal film and to include various incident angle components, a passage system including a cell formed on the metal film, and a photodetection means for detecting the surface plasmon resonance state by measuring the intensity of the light beam totally reflected by the interface, measurement is performed by sending liquid in such a liquid rate that the absolute quantity of molecules adsorbed onto the metal film surface becomes smaller than a saturated adsorption quantity onto the metal film surface of the molecules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
