PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the performance of battery by measuring the internal resistance of battery. SOLUTION: The device consisting of a microprocessor console, a first and a second power transistor, a first and a second external load, a voltage-sampling circuit, an instant current control circuit and an input/output unit, monitoring to alert earlier on, is utilized to connect with a power source to be measured; the first power transistor is connected with the first external load to form a series relation with the power source; the second power transistor is connected with the second external load to form a series relation with the power source; the circuit concerned is controlled by all the power transistors, the instant large current is measured, where instant sampling time is prepared time and again, to acquire a reference voltage and load voltage of instant sampling, moreover internal resistance of the power source is acquired to compare with expected alarm value of the power source; the conditions of the power source concerned are decided; and lastly, as needed, an alarm is issued and present this on a suitable display.
