PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and method for determination of absolute configuration of a chiral matter to be inspected easily and more economically. SOLUTION: A self organized chiral probe is formed by conjugated crown ether porphyrin. The method of determining the absolute configuration is that the self organized chiral probe, and the inspection object are made interaction under existence of metallic ions, including the measurement of spectrum of interacted matter.
