PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device which can accurately control the signal charges flowing into its pixel electrodes, present in the end portions of its photoelectric conversion film. SOLUTION: A CMOS image sensor (the photographic device) 100 has a plurality of pixel electrodes 15a, a photoelectric conversion film 16 arranged on the plurality of pixel electrodes 15a, dummy electrodes 15b, and charge-ejecting transistors 301, where the dummy electrodes 15b are formed at the ends of the photoelectric conversion film 16, and eject the charges generated by the photoelectric conversion film 16 near the ends of the photoelectric conversion film 16 and the charge exhausting transistors 301 for controlling the exhaustion of the charges flowing into the dummy electrodes 15b.
