PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleed type valve device having improved response while suppressing the leakage of oil. SOLUTION: A spool 4 has a releasing seat pressure receiving face 65 on the side of a seat member 31 for receiving hydraulic pressure supplied from a supply port 12 to generate "pre-releasing seat forceα" on the spool 4 in the releasing direction even when the spool 4 is in the condition of being seated on the seat member 31, thus reducing "releasing seat hydraulic pressure" on the spool 4 to be released to improve response. As a means for supplying oil to a bleed chamber 34 in the seated condition of the spool 4, a fine gap 63 is only provided between the seated faces of the spool 4 and the seat member 31, thus eliminating the need for orifice which was conventionally used in prior art. The fine gap 63 reduces the amount of oil to flow into the bleed chamber 34 to suppress the leakage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
