PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a gas turbine whose film cooling effect is improved as compared to the conventional effect. SOLUTION: In relation to a direction of a first-order flow V1, a blowout opening 43c of cooling air is formed from an inner surface of a platform 43 toward an outer surface thereof so as to have an opening biased in such a direction as to face, from a high-pressure-side blade surface 42a of a rotating blade 42, a low-pressure-side blade surface 42b of an adjacent rotating blade 42 opposed to the high-pressure-side blade surface 42a.
