PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch cover mounting structure which is set up such that a ditch cover has one end thereof connected to a building such as an aseismically seismically isolated building and a free end thereof fixed to the ground adjacent to the building via a ditch, and that the ditch cover is slidably borne by a wide bearing frame, wherein the ditch cover mounting structure facilitates welding work between reinforcements arranged side by side on a lower surface of the bearing frame and joint bars projecting from a concrete skeleton of the ground, and facilitates pouring of concrete in every corner under the bearing frame. SOLUTION: The bearing frame 17 is formed of an L-shaped cross-sectional plate member 13, a plate member 14 having one end thereof inclined in a diagonally outward direction as an inclined bearing end 14a, and the T-shaped cross-sectional reinforcements 15 connecting between both the plate members 13, 14 at suitable intervals in a longitudinal direction. Then clearances between the reinforcements are secured as openings 16 for pouring concrete. To mount the ditch cover to the ground 13, while the bearing frame 17 is borne, the joint bars 19 projecting from the concrete skeleton 18 through the openings 16, and the reinforcements 15 are welded and fixed together, and the concrete is poured from a gap between the plate member 14 and the concrete skeleton 18 and the openings 16.
