PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building and an appearance construction method for an exterior structure for preventing occurrence of sense of uniformity of the appearance (external part design). SOLUTION: In this unit building and the appearance construction method for the exterior structure, joint parts CLP1, CLP3 of a lower story and an upper story of the building are hidden by panel-made exterior members (a balcony 9, a porch 11, a pergola 8, etc.) arranged on at least both sides of the facade of the building (the unit building 15) and protruding on sides from both ends of the facade when constructing the building (the unit building 15) by arranging a plurality of building units 1FU1-1FU3, 2FU1-2FU3 in parallel and piling them up.
