FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of fluid metering according to level and may be used in different engineering fields, for instance, in bottling of food products, packing of fluid medicines, household chemistry products, perfumery, etc. Device contains pouring head, line of liquid supply to metering device with stop element on the line, channel for liquid flowing into container, air tubes, internal cylindrical chamber with vacuum-forming ejector installed in it, membrane. Membrane is installed on the top part of head. Channel is provided for connection of air cavity above liquid level in container with space under membrane. Membrane position detector is available in the device. Channel of liquid supply to head has outlet opening arranged tangentially to head axis. Vacuum-forming ejector is installed inside the head chamber, but outside air tube coaxially to chamber and tube. Channel for liquid outflow from internal chamber of head to container is arranged in the form of nozzle. Vacuum-forming ejector is installed so that its bottom edge coincides in height with minimum section of nozzle. ^ EFFECT: simplification of device design, higher quality of metered liquid. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
