PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-conductive composition including a small volume of a metallic conductive filler and thus can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The material is for manufacturing a conductive composition which contains polymer particles, conductive particles and a liquid medium. The material is in a form of a liquid or a dispersion, until it is cured, and when cured, it forms an electrically conductive composition. The composition contains larger sized polymer particles and additionally a small metallic conductive filler particle such as a nanosized filler particle. The larger sized polymer particles creates in an matrix an excluded volume, and reduces a threshold value of the immersion by conductive filler particles to thereby provide a conductive material having a low volume fraction of the electrically conductive filler. The electrical conductivity of the material increases further after the heat treatment for forming a highly conductive network structure through sintering together the conductive filler particles.
