PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic circuit in which if a conductive member is provided in a magnetic crevice, the radiation sound caused by its vibration seldom affects a reproduction sound quality, and to provide an electrokinetic type speaker using the same. SOLUTION: The magnetic circuit includes: a magnet; a plurality of magnetic path constituent members forming a magnetic path having the annular magnetic crevice together with the magnet; a conductive member having a conductive planar part and a conductive cylindrical part extending from an outer peripheral side end of the conductive planar part to a substantially right-angled direction; and a vibration damping member for suppressing a vibration in the conductive planar part of the conductive member. The conductive cylindrical part of the conductive member is fixed to the magnetic path constituent member so as to cover an inner peripheral side of the magnetic crevice, and the vibration damping member is fixed to one face of the conductive planar part of the conductive member.
