PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment in which a reference potential line of a circuit board can be surely connected to a conductive member with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 has: a case 7; a frame 44 fixed to the case 7 and having conductivity; an FPC 43 provided so as to be laminated on the frame 44 in the case 7 and having a reference potential line exposing toward the frame 44 in a prescribed area AR overlapping on the frame 44; and a vibrator 83 having a motor 85 and an elastic member 89 surrounding the motor 85 and held between the FPC 43 and an inner surface of the case 7 at a position overlapping the area AR to energize the area AR of the FPC 43 toward the frame 44 by the restoring force of the elastic member 89.
