A touch pad and an electronic device equipped with the same are provided to simplify a structure and reduce a manufacturing cost by forming components in one board and integrating an LED diffusion structure to a cover frame without separately forming the LED diffusion structure. A cover(20) is equipped with a plurality of function display icons, and a cover frame(30) supports the cover and forms a plurality of light guide holes(32). In order wards, the cover is adhered to an installation grove(31), which is formed at an upper plane of the cover frame, with glue. A board(40) is assembled to the cover frame, and mounts a touch sensor(41) and an LED(42) for lighting the function display icons to a position corresponding to each function display icon. The cover includes a transparent polycarbonate sheet, a function display icon film printed to a rear side of the polycarbonate sheet, and a diffusion silk film diffusing light of the LED by being printed on the function display icon film. A both-side adhesive tape(50) attaches the cover frame and the board while blocking air, and forms a plurality of holes(51) at each position corresponding to the light guide hole of the cover frame. |
