A method for guaranteeing control of plant oils production by pressing method comprises the changing and regulation of load current of electric actuator of extruder. The heating area is divided into halves in the direction of moving of raw material in extruder, in which of them the temperature is measured and regulated by means of smooth variation of electric power of electric heating units; the cake from the output of extruder is grinded to the size of particles of no more than 1...3 mm in diameter, the greasiness of these particles is measured and regulated by means of changing of circular clearance for escaping of cake from extruder by means of moving of theirs ascendant cones along axes of screw embankments; the influence of changing of signal of regulation of greasiness of the cake on the process of regulation of load current of electric actuator of extruder is made by means of correction of target value of this current proportionally with changing of the mentioned signal of regulation of greasiness of the cake; the influence of changing of signal of regulation of the temperature in a first heating area of extruder on the process of regulation of temperature in its second heating area is made by means of correction of target value of temperature proportionally with changing of the mentioned signal of regulation of the temperature in the first area, and by means of guaranteed keeping of specified load current limits of drive with preassigned probability of absence of violations, guaranteed keeping of specified temperature limits in the first heating area with preassigned the probability of absence of violations. |
