PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacquer bowl using a cork material as a material by the reason that a cork material bowl can effectively utilize natural resources without waste and can be manufactured by anybody without experience, since the lacquer bowl which is conventionally produced by a craftsman with experience and technique using a potter's wheel has shortcoming of recent shortage of successor craftsmen, reduction of natural trees for the bowl material, inefficiency of using the material with much waste by the use of the potter's wheel, and the like. SOLUTION: A circle with a radius of 4 cm is drawn on a cork board with a diameter of 20 cm. Six lines are equally drawn radially from a center. Two mark points are put at points 2 cm apart from the distal end of the radial line along the outer edge on both sides of the line. A line is drawn from there to the crossing point of the inner circle and the radial line. An isosceles triangle making the outer edge serve as the bottom side (4 cm) is made. Then, six parts are cut. A semicircular receptacle is made by bending inward the circular disk body and bonding the sections cut in a triangle shape. A foot is made by circularly rolling the cork (width of 1 cm, length of 15 cm) and bonding it to the bottom of the receptacle. The lacquer bowl made of the cork material which is in no way inferior to a bowl made by scooping out a wood is thus provided after lacquer coating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
