A heat curable fluorochemical coating composition is disclosed comprising an amino resin crosslinking agent, an addition copolymer of a fluorinated monomer having a fluorocarbon group of at least three carbo n atoms and a non-fluorinated monomer having a crosslinking group capable of reacting with said amino resin at elevated temperature and a hardening agent capable of crosslinking with said amino resin at elevated temperature. The coating composition is useful for providing ant i- stain and/or stain release properties to a variety of substrates.
