PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for analyzing a transport sample capable of analyzing a sample in a sample container being sealed, for a time shorter than that in the conventional analysis, and capable of reducing contamination possibility of a worker and an amount of waste; and a method therefor. SOLUTION: In the sampling device 2 in a sampling chamber 1, an objective sample to be analyzed is collected in the sample container 3 and conveyed through a pneumatic tube 4 by an air flow. In the analysis apparatus 6 in the a chemical laboratory 5, the sample is analyzed with photoreaction without taking off a seal by irradiating light to an extraction cell 15 in the sample vessel 3 and measuring its transmission and fluorescence.
