<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformer for a fuel cell which is advantageous in controlling of a location deviation of a cylindrical body in the diameter direction in assembling the reformer and also in using the reformer. <P>SOLUTION: The reformer for a fuel cell has a gas passage 21, 22 through which a gaseous raw fuel and/or a reforming gas passes, a base body 86 arranged so as to face the cylindrical body 91, and a positioning part 150 which is held on the base body 86 and has a positioning hole 150e.
