<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can shorten the total length of a writing utensil in a rotational delivery type writing utensil, in the writing utensil which accommodates the writing element of at least one mechanical pencil unit in a journal. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting protrusion projected toward a cam part and the inside and a protrusion for a stopper are provided on the inner wall surface of a sheath. A sliding case is constituted of an accommodating unit having a writing element accommodating groove and a head end part having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of this accommodating unit, and a fitting recess part having the length in the axial direction approximately equivalent to the length of the fitting protrusion in the axial direction is formed. The protrusion groove for the stopper, with which the protrusion for the stopper can be fitted, is provided with the fitting protrusion groove, with which the fitting protrusion can be fitted, formed of this fitting recess part. When the fitting protrusion is fitted with an fitting recess part, the sheath is rotated to a barrel to project the writing tip end of a mechanical pencil unit from the tip opening part of a barrel tube, the fitting protrusion groove, and the protrusion for the stopper is provided to be opposed to the protrusion groove for the stopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
