A disk filter consists of a casing, a receiver of juice, a tubular shaft, a blade shaft for removal of sediment and drives on them, filtering sector elements between radially located pins, which are screwed by one end into the welded areas to the tubular shaft, and by the second end are connected with arched grooved cover plates, which press a nozzle of sector filtering element into a taper hole of bushing on the tubular shaft for removal of filtrate. The arched grooved cover plates press the sector filtering elements by means of quick-clamping eccentric mechanisms. |
