摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device solving the problem that a flicker detection threshold value is set so as not to erroneously detect flicker because an artificial light source having high probability of flicker (indoor, dark outdoor place, night, etc.) and a solar light source are not discriminated from each other, and flicker detection is performed by using the same parameter, so that it is difficult to perform flicker detection indoors, and also it is impossible to detect flicker when the light source is changed in spite of a requirement of detecting flicker at the change time of the light source because change of the light source is unknown.SOLUTION: By determining indoors and outdoors with GPS information whether an artificial light source is used or not, erroneous detection at a place where the occurrence probability of flicker is low is suppressed, and detection capability of flicker at a place where the occurrence probability of flicker is high can be enhanced. In addition, the change of the place is detected and flicker is arbitrarily detected, thereby preventing flicker noise from appearing in a live view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
