The present invention relates to a thermometer for cooking enabling an electric stove to automatically be controlled to a preset temperature by providing a temperature of oil in real time via short distance communication between the thermometer for cooking and the electric range when making fried food. More specifically, the thermometer for cooking, comprises: a temperature sensor including a probe to read a temperature with a predetermined length; a display part which displays a sensed temperature on the outside; a MiCOM connected to the temperature sensor, calculating detected data to be outputted by the display part; a battery which supplies power to the MiCOM; an operation switch which controls the power; and a communication part connected to the MiCOM to transmit temperature data sensed by the electric range in real time. Accordingly, a user′s inconvenience caused by frequent firepower control of the stove may be reduced. |
