The present invention relates to a preparation method of graphene. The preparation method of graphene manufactures a feed solution by conducting high speed homogenization of expanded graphite and high pressure homogenization of the same, thereby increasing dispersibility of expanded graphite in the feed solution and enhancing efficiency of high pressure homogenization. Thus, efficiency of manufacturing graphene is excellent in comparison to a conventional process, and the manufactured graphene has a uniform size.
