Commercial vehicle pneumatic tire with a tread, is claimed, where the part of the tread contacting with the road surface comprises sulfur vulcanized rubber mixture, and the rubber mixture comprises 80-50 parts per hundred of rubber (phr) of natural rubber, 10-50 phr of at least a polybutadiene with a glass transition temperature of -110[deg] C to 65[deg] C, and 5-50 phr of at least an aliphatic and/or aryl hydrocarbon resin (ring and ball according to ASTM E 28) with a softening point of 0-150[deg] C , a number average molecular weight of less than 2000 g/mole and/or polydispersity of 1-5. |
