A multilayer film which comprises: a metal film that is formed of silver or an alloy mainly composed of silver; and an oxide film that is arranged on at least one of the two surfaces of the metal film. The oxide film contains zinc, oxygen and additive metals which include a first metal that is composed of at least one metal selected from among Sn, Ti, Nb and Y and a second metal that is composed of at least one metal selected from among Al, Ga and In. The atomic ratios of the first metal, the second metal and the zinc relative to all the metal elements in the oxide film are respectively 4-20% by atom (first metal), 0.1-5% by atom (second metal), and the balance (zinc). |
