<p>The invention relates to 1,3-disubstituted ureas of general formula (I) where X is CH group or nitrogen, II1 is alkyl carbonyl, carbonyl or carbamoyl, and R2 is di fferent substituted phenyl, pyridyl. pyrazyl, pyrimidyl, quinolinyl and quinoxalinyl, and the method of preparing thereof which consist in treating aromatic amines with isocyanates in inert solvents at 20 to 12O0C. The obtained 1,3-disubstituted ureas are inhibitors of the activity of the acyl co¬ enzyme A: cholesterol acykransferase (ACAT) enzyme, and may be used to inhibit cholesterol esterification and absorption in hypercholesterolemia.</p> |
