This health care system has a server 1 for providing a service for caring for the health of each user, and a user terminal 2. The server 1 registers and manages health information including examination results data, body temperature and menstruation data on each user on the basis of operations from the user terminal 2, determines the state of health of each user, including the tendency for numerical values for examination items to change, on the basis of comparisons of numerical values for the examination items in examination results data over time, and on the basis of comparison results between the numerical values for the examination items in the examination results data and numerical ranges of reference information corresponding to the examination items, and outputs, to the user terminal 2, information including a graph of the examination results data, graphs of body temperature and menstruation data, and a message corresponding to the state of health of each user. |
