The present device makes it possible to use an audio channel to transmit digital information with stimulation parameters. The device is portable; digital information, recorded in an audio format, can be disseminated and played back by various playback devices without the need to use a specific type of operating system; and the number of stimulation programmes that can be recorded is not limited by a built-in memory in the light and sound stimulation device.
