The present invention relates to a corrugated steel plate bending device to manufacture a corrugated steel plate by pressurizing an upper and a lower portion of a flat steel plate by a drive roller. In the drive roller, an upper fixated roller and an upper idle roller are alternately coupled to an upper shaft, and a lower idle roller and a lower fixated roller are alternately coupled to a lower shaft parallel to the upper shaft. As such, in the present invention, since rotation speeds of valley and mountain portions of a corrugated roller are the same during a process of manufacturing a corrugated steel plate by the corrugated roller, an occurrence of a frictional contact between the corrugated steel plate and the roller is prevented; preventing a generation of a noise whereby power consumption is able to further be reduced while an agreeable operational environment and a product of high precision is able to be obtained.
