PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enrichment device of γ-aminobutyric acid in cereals which can uniformly subject cereals to the processing for enriching γ-aminobutyric acid by suppressing a change in the temperature of humidified warm air to stabilize the quality of the cereals after the enrichment processing.SOLUTION: An enrichment device of γ-aminobutyric acid in cereals includes a tank 1 which stores cereals and a humidified warm air generating part 6 which has a humidifying part 9 for humidifying air. The enrichment device of γ-aminobutyric acid in cereals has a circulation route in which humidified warm air is supplied to the tank from the humidified warm air generating part, cereals in the tank are warmed and humidified by the humidified warm air, and the humidified warm air is discharged from the tank after warming and humidifying the cereals to be circulated to the humidified warm air generating part. In the enrichment device of γ-aminobutyric acid in cereals, air is humidified by steam in the humidifying part, and a water adding part 12 is provided on the downstream side of the humidifying part to supply water to humidified warm air supplied to the tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
