PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexure device of a heat exchanger that is a stack of a plurality of core columns with a suppression of the phenomenon that the core of the heat exchanger swells outward when the heat exchanger is bent.SOLUTION: In a device for bending a heat exchanger, where a plurality of heat transfer fins 12 are attached on the outer peripheral surface of a straight linear part of at least one heat transfer tube 11, to a predetermined angle by engaging one end of the heat transfer tube of the heat exchanger with the other end to make a flexure planned part of the heat exchanger close to a bore mold 3 extending in a direction where the shaft center is orthogonal to a straight linear part of the heat transfer tube, and by making a rotation mechanism turn the other end side of the heat exchanger tube along the bore mold while one end of the heat transfer tube is being pressed in the other end direction of the heat transfer tube by a pressing mechanism 2, the pressing mechanism comprises a tensile mechanism 7 capable of driving engaged one end of the heat transfer tube in a tensile direction in the process of bending the heat exchanger by the rotation mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
