The invention relates to a method for obtaining fries (spat) of the mussels Mytilus galloprovincialis to grow in the , which includes stimulating spawning, providing with a feed at all the stages of development and collecting the fries (spat) onto collectors. A method includes processes of spawning of the mussels, growing larvae, and settling onto the collectors which is carried out in a nursery, where breeding individuals are selected according to the background, in particular dark blue (black) colouration of shells, and spawning thereof is stimulated in spring by sharp rise in the temperature of the keeping water by 5-10 °С as regards to the temperature of keeping, and in autumn by lowering by 5-10 °С. Then the larvae obtained are grown at constant aeration providing with a feed 1-2 times daily: at the stage of veliger the microalgae Isochrysis galbana + Monochrysis lutheri are used in a total concentration 40-50 ths cells/ml; at the stage of velikonkha and pediveliger the microalgae Isochrysis galbana + Monochrysis lutheri + Phaeodactylum tricornutum in a total concentration of 70-100 ths cells/ml. |
