PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional circuit information storage device capable of efficiently performing a manufacturing process by storing information on a connection method of the terminal and wiring of an instance when three-dimensional circuit information is stored, and a manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional circuit information storage device includes an instance arrangement information storage unit 215 for storing three-dimensional arrangement information on an instance configuring a circuit and an instance connection information storage unit 216 for storing connection information on the connection method of the terminal and wiring of an instance.
