The invention relates to a payment system that generates a unique token. This token refers to a specific order by a specific buyer at a specific licensed merchant shop. The buyer uses the token at a licensed bank's online banking systems to retrieve the order information and to pay the total order ·amount. The invention comprises facilitating the order information to a buyer's bank instead of facilitating the payment information to a merchant, in order to safely complete a payment transaction without sharing his credit card information or other banking details with any party other than his bank.
