PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales support system capable of informing a sales clerk that a customer has picked up an item for sale without making the customer feel annoyed.SOLUTION: Provided is a sales support system 1 which comprises: an acceleration sensor 10 for detecting acceleration working on an item for sale 2 displayed; a beacon terminal 20 which is associated with the item for sale 2 and sends a signal containing an acceleration detection result and the beacon terminal identifying information; a gateway 30 for receiving the signal and identifying the beacon terminal 20 on the basis of the beacon terminal identifying information; a storage unit 40 for storing notice messages to be sent to a predetermined notice recipient; and a host terminal 50 for sending to the notice recipient 200 a particular notice message stored in the storage unit 40 in accordance with the acceleration detection result by the acceleration sensor 10 attached to the item for sale 2 associated with the beacon terminal 20 identified by the gateway 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
