PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire a transition conflict pair using crowd sourcing.SOLUTION: An assignment sentence presentation part 18 presents a screen for making a worker input a sentence indicating a situation which is requisite for the situation shown by the assignment sentence. An input part 20 receives the sentence showing the inputted requisite situation. A negative form converter 22 converts the sentence showing the inputted requisite situation into a negative form. An output part 24 outputs a pair of the sentence showing the requisite situation which is converted into the negative form and an assignment sentence as a transition conflict pair as antecedent negation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
