PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of having a buyer needing to have a search for a property, request for viewing and questions all intervened by an agent and a seller not being capable of flexibly change price, inquiry and answer or complement property information since two agents of the agent for the seller and the agent for the buyer each intervening when selling real estate and a problem of communication cost between the seller and the buyer who are parties concerned being expensive and in addition forming a transaction agreement taking time.SOLUTION: A real estate sales matching platform system is provided characterized by development of a platform site provided on the Internet with a messaging function capable of member registration, assistance in advertising publication of a sales property, search for sales property and mutual understanding (diagram 1-1). A seller or a buyer can form a smooth agreement of sales from respective computer terminal and the real estate agent is also capable of suppressing sales cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
