PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker and an earphone of high sound quality, where a dynamic woofer and a piezoelectric element are provided in a housing.SOLUTION: A speaker and an earphone, where a dynamic woofer 214 is provided in a housing 100 having a sound pressure output port, and a piezoelectric element type tweeter 213 is provided on a low sound output path leading from the woofer to the sound pressure output port, are provided. In the earphone 301, a tweeter 311 is provided near the tympanic membrane and the impact of reflection sound from the tympanic membrane is reduced.
