PURPOSE:To enjoy even a specific song such as a parody with 'karaoke' (recorded instrumental accompaniment) accompaniment by displaying lyric information generated and inputted arbitrarily on a display means. CONSTITUTION:An image information generating means 3 which generates image information including a character that can be displayed on the display means 9, a selective designation means which designates selectively the display of either video information or generated image information, and a display switching means 4 which switches the video information or the generated image information alternatively and sends it to the display means 9 are provided. When it is desired to sing the song with the lyric other than the one stored in a storage medium, the lyric information of the song is generated by the image information generating means 3. The display switching means 4 sends an image generated by the image information generating means 3 to the display means 9 by designating the display of the image information generated by the selective designation means. In such a way, it is possible to sing the lyric of the parody, etc., fitting in the 'karaoke' accompaniment. |
