PURPOSE:To allow a person to administer first aid to a sick person falling ill on the street by reading an information card possessed by the sick person with a card reader through the provision of the emergency communication equipment with the information recording card, a mobile communication equipment integrated with the card reader and a receiver. CONSTITUTION:The emergency communication equipment 1 is made up of the information recording card 2 being an IC card or a magnetic card or the like on which various information of each sick person is recorded, a card reader 3 able to freely read the information recorded on the information recording card 2, a mobile communication equipment 5 integrated with the card reader 3 and a mobile communication equipment 4 such as a telephone set or a radio equipment and a receiver 6 such as a telephone set or a radio equipment able to receive a signal sent from the mobile communication equipment 5. Then the information recording card possessed by a sick person falling ill on the street is read by the card reader 3, first aid is administered to the sick person at the site, or the mobile communication equipment 4 is used to make a contact with a medical agency, or the information is transferred to an output device 10 of a receiver 6 installed at the medical agency by the mobile communication equipment 4, or the equipment 4 is used to make a contact with a house of the sick person. Thus, proper and quick first aid is administered to the sick person. |
