PURPOSE:To provide the image luminance converting/transferring device which can hold secrecy of information in accordance with necessity, and also, has a simple converting method. CONSTITUTION:In the image luminance converting/transferring device, at the time of executing an image transfer, luminance of an image is converted by an image luminance converter 11 is accordance with a luminance conversion table 15 determined in advance instead of secrecy of information by changing a position of a scanning line of an image, and after it is transferred, image information before the conversion is obtained by executing an inverse conversion by an image luminance reverse converter 13. |
