PURPOSE:To improve both the peeling strength and electric contact resistance between a tab terminal and electrode foil by using metal-to-metal bonding by cold rolling, etc., in addition to caulking at the time of fitting the tab terminal to the electrode foil. CONSTITUTION:At the time of fitting a tab terminal composed of a terminal main body 11 containing a round bar section 11a and battledore-like flat section 11b connected to one end of the section and a CP wire 12 welded to the other end of the section 11a, a thin plate section 11c which is thinner than the section 11b is connected to the end section of the section 11b and the terminal 10 is fitted to the foil 4 by caulking the section 11b.
